ANTHONY, Idaho Family members of 7-year-old Joshua "JJ" Vallow and 16-year-old Tylee Ryan and Tammy Daybell are asking a judge to reconsider allowing cameras in the upcoming trial of Chad . No one should have had to go through what your family has been forced to go through. After the murder charges were announced, Tammys family released this statement. JJ had two step-siblings Tylee Ashlyn Ryan and Colby Ryan. Cox was never charged with Charles death. When Daybell married Vallow roughly two weeks after Tammy's death, law enforcement became suspicious and had her remains exhumed. JJ was seven years old, born on May 25, 2012. Daybell is also charged with two counts of insurance fraud. Its possible that JJ died from asphyxiation.
